Day 2 – Hamstring Workshop Level 2 (Performance & Profiling)
The second day shifts towards sprint performance and athlete profiling, covering sprint mechanics, lumbopelvic control, and live sprint profiling.
Participants will learn how to analyze sprint technique step-by-step and link movement patterns with mechanical and strength metrics, allowing for more individualized training decisions.
