Practical Application on Ankle, Knee, and Hip:
The hands-on aspect of the workshop was a highlight. Participants had the opportunity to apply their knowledge practically, focusing on key joints like the ankle, knee, and hip. This practical experience brought the theory to life.
Application of Run-Specific Isometrics in LTAD and RTT/RTP:
Tailoring isometric training to the unique needs of athletes in Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and Return to Training/Play (RTT/RTP) scenarios was explored. Alex Natera shared his insights on optimizing training protocols for these contexts.
Designing Weekly/Annual Plans for Various Sports and Needs:
Finally, participants learned the art of crafting comprehensive training plans, taking into account the specific requirements of different sports and individual needs. This holistic approach to fitness planning left attendees well-equipped to make informed decisions.
